This is not Trucking 101.

It's a working session for agents who already handle trucking and commercial risks — or are starting to submit them — and want a faster, cleaner, repeatable way to get from intake to market. We work through a real submission, start to finish. You'll see how AI supports the work without replacing your judgment or your verification.

This is for you if

  • You already write trucking or commercial, or you're starting to submit these risks
  • Your intake information lives in email, text and sticky notes and you rebuild it every time
  • Submissions take you too long, or come back with questions
  • You've heard AI can help but haven't seen it used inside a real insurance workflow
  • You have staff and want one repeatable process instead of three different ones

Probably not for you if

  • You're brand new to trucking and need coverages explained first — start with the guide
  • You want a lecture on every filing, market and underwriting rule
  • You're looking for generic "AI for business" content
  • You want to watch passively — this is built to be implemented

The agenda

The whole workflow, start to finish.

Roughly 20–30% explanation, 70–80% live demonstration. The value isn't how much gets covered — it's watching raw information turn into a usable system.

15–20 min

The submission map

The full A-to-Z workflow first, so you can see where every document, action and tool fits before we go deep on any one piece.

25 min

Intake & document collection

Lead intake, form logic, how to request documents once instead of four times, naming and organization — and how to stop information scattering across email and text.

35–40 min

AI-assisted account & DOT analysis

Using AI to read the DOT and public data, analyze account documents, flag inconsistencies, find what's missing, and generate the follow-up questions you should be asking.

30–35 min

Quote sheets & supplements, faster

Turning structured information into quote sheets and supplement inputs — including how to review and verify before anything goes out.

25–30 min

Build the market-ready submission

Packaging the risk cleanly, writing submission notes and the email, choosing markets on purpose, and cutting out random duplicate marketing.

15–20 min

CRM & follow-up workflow

Statuses, pending items, quote follow-up, declinations, remarketing, and how your team sees where everything stands without asking you.

20–30 min

Live case + Q&A

We run the workflow on a scenario and I answer implementation questions until they're done.

What you leave with

The resource bundle.

Everything used in the workshop, so you're not rebuilding it from your notes.

Who's teaching

I'm not teaching this from theory.

I moved to Texas in 2013 and started in the industry at an auto agency. In 2014, at 24, I opened my own independent agency — no money, no connections, no experience. I found my niche in trucking insurance and have been building and running commercial agencies ever since.

This workflow is the one my own agencies run on. Everything in the workshop comes from real accounts, real markets and real mistakes.

FAQ

Before you register

How much trucking experience do I need?

Enough to know what a submission is. If you're actively writing trucking or commercial, or you've started submitting these risks, you'll keep up. If you're brand new to the niche, start with the guide — you'll get more out of this workshop afterward.

What if I can't attend live?

Register anyway. Every paid seat gets 30-day replay access, sent the day after the workshop. You'll miss the live Q&A, but nothing else.

What software do I need?

Nothing to buy. You'll need a computer, a stable connection and the Zoom link I send you. I'll show which tools I use and where the free options work — but the workflow matters more than the tools.

Should I bring an account to work on?

If you have a live submission in progress, bring it. Everything I demonstrate is something you can apply to it the same week. Don't share client data on screen — just have it nearby.

Is this about replacing agents with AI?

No. AI is used inside the workflow to organize information, spot gaps and speed up the parts that shouldn't take an hour. Every decision, every verification and every quote still runs through you.

What's the refund policy?

If you change your mind, email me at least 7 days before November 21 for a full refund. Within 7 days, I can transfer your seat to the next workshop instead. After the workshop has started, no refunds — but you keep the replay and every resource.

Will there be more workshops?

Yes. This is the first in the Live Trainings series. Register for this one or subscribe to the newsletter and you'll hear about the next before it's announced publicly.
